This website is operated by DrewsThatDude LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as We Had Our Time ("WHOT," "we," "us"). By using wehadourtime.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using this site

You may browse, read, and share our pages freely. You may not scrape the site, resell access to it, use it to train machine learning models, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Our content

All content on this site — music, recordings, artwork, illustrations, the Relapse graphic novel and its characters, text, photographs, and design — is owned by DrewsThatDude LLC or licensed to us by its creators, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or commercially exploit any of it without written permission. That includes using our artwork or recordings as training data for machine learning systems.

Buying a print gives you ownership of that physical object. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or any right to make derivative works.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but not after you've placed an order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product was listed at an incorrect price, is unavailable, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you get a full refund.

Limited editions

Prints in the Heaven's Gate Collection are issued in numbered editions of fifty. Once an edition closes, it will not be reprinted at that size and specification.

Because each work is printed in a limited run, availability shown on the site may lag behind actual stock during high demand. If your order can't be filled, we'll contact you and refund in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by third-party providers including Stripe, PayPal, and Klarna. We never see or store your full card number. Their terms apply to the payment itself, alongside these terms.

Klarna is available on qualifying orders only and is subject to Klarna's own approval and terms.

Shipping, returns and refunds

International orders

We ship worldwide. Customs duties, import taxes, and carrier handling fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost. We can't predict them and we can't refund them.

Digital products and downloads

Digital purchases are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly perform them. Digital purchases are non-refundable once the download has been accessed.

Third-party links and services

We link to Substack, Bandcamp, streaming platforms, and other services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

Disclaimers

The site and everything on it is provided "as is." We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Because each print is produced on natural cotton paper and handled individually, minor variation in colour, texture, and trim is inherent to the medium and is not a defect.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrewsThatDude LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to it.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above will change, and continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York. If you live outside the United States, this does not deprive you of any protection you're entitled to under the law of your own country.
